Tree Lot Schedule [11/17 Update]

• If I have made a mistake on the schedule, please let me know by tomorrow (11/18) at 5pm and I will make the change for you. 
• For all other changes, you need to find someone else in the troop to cover your shift.  The best way to do this is either, call someone you know (or from your son’s patrol) and see if they can switch/cover OR find the shift you would like to have and start calling the folks already signed up at that time. 
• If you get a call from someone that needs to switch, please remember that you may need help in the future and swap if you can…it’s good tree lot karma.     
• Once you have made this connection, please fill out the form on the website with all of the information.  I will send a confirmation email to you and the person you switched with finalizing the swap.  
• If your scout/crew still needs a few shifts to fulfill their requirement, please sign them up ASAP.  Also, if they are signed up on 12/21 and could switch to 12/15, it would be greatly appreciated.  We have 10 open shifts on that day and it will probably be pretty busy.
• I added a few adult shifts on 12/7 and 12/14.  These aren’t available as “swaps” but are if any adult  is still looking to help out.  We also have 1 adult shift on 12/19, 9-12 that needs a second person.
• I will begin sending reminder emails generally on Sunday for Monday-Thursday shifts and Wednesday for Thursday-Sunday shifts.

The tree lot schedule is available on the troop website.  PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AND CONFIRM THAT THE SHIFTS YOU SIGNED UP FOR HAVE BEEN ACCURATELY RECORDED ON THE SCHEDULE .
