Eagle COH Volunteers Needed Mar 3

As you know, Ben and Stuart’s Eagle Court of Honor will be this Sunday at 2pm at the Ballard Elks.  We are looking for some parents to help with set up at 1pm, and then more help with the reception following the COH.  It’s the usual – helping to get the food out, coffee made,cake cutting and serving, etc.  And then perhaps most importantly, we need help with cleanup because they are renting out the Elks hall and have to be done at a certain time.
