Scouts earn “tips” at the Tree Lot for sawing off the ends of Christmas Trees and tying the trees to tops of cars. The money is in a collective account that the Scouts can spend. The Greenbar determines what the money should be spent on. In the past, the Scouts have bought knit caps, poly tees and pizza for GNO.
