When a Scout has completed all of the requirements for advancing to the next rank and has had a Scoutmaster conference, a Board of Review is scheduled. At least three adult leaders meet with the Scout. The Scout answers questions which demonstrate knowledge of requirements for the rank and an understanding of the values and principles of Scouting. The Scout should present himself to the Board of Review in full uniform and with his Handbook.
