Family Camp

June 10-12
Camp Casey Conference Center
Fort Casey, Whidbey Island
Plan to camp for the whole weekend, or camp Saturday night, or just come up for the day. Planned activities occur on Saturday. We conduct our annual auction to raise funds. Scouts get to select from some great items earned through our Scout Bucks program. We’ll have our June Court of Honor on Saturday evening, and plenty of time to just hang out and enjoy each other’s company.

Crew Open House

Did you know, once Scouts in Troop 100 turn 14 they are enrolled into Crew 100? Come learn more about the cool stuff you can do! Who knows, maybe you can add a Crew Trip to your summer schedule!

Conditioning Hike: Mount Pilchuck Outlook

Saturday, June 18
Gorgeous, 360-degree views of the Sound, Mt Baker, Mt Rainier, and surrounding mountains await at the top of this peak. Stay tuned for more information on meeting times and sign ups. If you would like to continue your adventure with Crew, stay the night instead of hiking down the slope.

AnchorSummer Camp

If you or your Scout is going to Camp Baldwin, you should be receiving emails from Ethan Rogers with important information. If you have not, check your spam folder or email Ethan at esrandmkr@aol.com.

All participants should plan to attend the Summer Camp Meeting on Tuesday, June 14, 7 pm at TUMC.

Mom’s Night Out

Alaska Chilkoot Trail

July 25 – August 3
Historically Troop 100 plans a summer trip for our more experienced scouts. Past years we have kayaked the San Juan Islands, biked the Hiawatha Bike Trail, and canoed the Pend Oreille Water Trail. This summer, members from our troop and crew return to Alaska to hike the infamous Chilkoot Trail.

Alternate Summer Hikes

Hike A: August 4-7, Goat Rocks Wilderness
Hike B: either July 27-31 or August 3-7, Whatcom Pass

New Scout Hike

August 18-21
This trip is especially for scouts who have joined the troop since September, 2015. Lots of new skills are learned, adventures had and friendships formed.

WashJam 2016

August 25-28
Troop 100 will join over 5,000 Scouts, Scouters and guests from Oregon, Washington, Idaho and British Columbia for the fourth Washington State Jamboree.
