1. The Troop & Crew 100 email lists are for the exclusive use of Troop & Crew business.
a. Lists may not be used to promote outside activities or other organizations
2. Communication requiring notification to parents outside of the Troop Committee will be handled by the Newsletter Editor
3. Scouts first name and last initial only may be used
4. Web Site Guidelines apply to email communication
5. Social media publications must adhere to BSA guidelines
a. Social media may promote interests beyond Troop 100 that are “relevant” to the Troop, but not necessarily Troop 100 activities
