There are usually several patrols in one troop.\" class=\"encyclopedia\">patrol<\/a>) and see if they can switch\/cover OR find the shift you would like to have and start calling the folks already signed up at that time.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 15px;\">If you get a call from someone that needs to switch, please remember that you may need help in the future and swap if you can&hellip;it&rsquo;s good <a href=\"https:\/\/troop100seattle.com\/?encyclopedia=tree-lot\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Troop 100&rsquo;s only fundraiser is selling Christmas Trees in the parking lot of St. Alphonsus Church on the corner of 15th Ave NW and NW 58th St. This fundraiser pays for all of the programs Troop 100 runs throughout the&hellip;\" class=\"encyclopedia\">tree lot<\/a> karma. &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 15px;\">Once you have made this connection, please <a href=\"http:\/\/www.troop100seattle.com\/tree-lot\/shift-changer\" target=\"_blank\">fill out the form on the website<\/a> with all of the information. &nbsp;I will send a confirmation email to you and the person you switched with finalizing the swap. &nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 15px;\">If your scout\/crew still needs a few shifts to fulfill their requirement, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.troop100seattle.com\/tree-lot\/add-a-shift\" target=\"_blank\">please sign them up ASAP<\/a>. &nbsp;Also, if they are signed up on 12\/21 and could switch to 12\/15, it would be greatly appreciated. &nbsp;We have 10 open shifts on that day and it will probably be pretty busy.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 15px;\">I added a few adult shifts on 12\/7 and 12\/14. &nbsp;These aren&rsquo;t available as &ldquo;swaps&rdquo; but are if any adult &nbsp;is still looking to help out. &nbsp;We also have 1 adult shift on 12\/19, 9-12 that needs a second person.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 15px;\">I will begin sending reminder emails generally&nbsp;on Sunday&nbsp;for&nbsp;Monday-Thursday&nbsp;shifts and&nbsp;Wednesday&nbsp;for&nbsp;Thursday-Sunday&nbsp;shifts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"font-size: 13px;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"font-size: 13px; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\">\n&nbsp;Thanks &ndash; looking forward to seeing you at the tree lot!
