&nbsp;We are 99.9% filled for adult shifts and 92% filled for scout\/crew shifts. &nbsp;PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT <a href=\"http:\/\/www.troop100seattle.com\/tree-lot\/schedule\" target=\"_blank\">THE SCHEDULE<\/a> AND CONFIRM THE SHIFTS WITH YOUR CALENDAR. &nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"font-size: 13px; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\">\n<\/div>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 13px;\">\n<li style=\"margin-left: 15px;\">If I have made a mistake on the schedule, please let me know by&nbsp;tomorrow&nbsp;(11\/18) at&nbsp;5pm&nbsp;and I will make the change for you.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 15px;\">For all other changes, you need to find someone else in the troop to cover your shift. &nbsp;The best way to do this is either, call someone you know (or from your son&#8217;s patrol) and see if they can switch\/cover OR find the shift you would like to have and start calling the folks already signed up at that time.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 15px;\">If you get a call from someone that needs to switch, please remember that you may need help in the future and swap if you can&#8230;it&#8217;s good tree lot karma. &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 15px;\">Once you have made this connection, please <a href=\"http:\/\/www.troop100seattle.com\/tree-lot\/shift-changer\" target=\"_blank\">fill out the form on the website<\/a> with all of the information. &nbsp;I will send a confirmation email to you and the person you switched with finalizing the swap. &nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 15px;\">If your scout\/crew still needs a few shifts to fulfill their requirement, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.troop100seattle.com\/tree-lot\/add-a-shift\" target=\"_blank\">please sign them up ASAP<\/a>. &nbsp;Also, if they are signed up on 12\/21 and could switch to 12\/15, it would be greatly appreciated. &nbsp;We have 10 open shifts on that day and it will probably be pretty busy.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 15px;\">I added a few adult shifts on 12\/7 and 12\/14. &nbsp;These aren&#8217;t available as &#8220;swaps&#8221; but are if any adult &nbsp;is still looking to help out. &nbsp;We also have 1 adult shift on 12\/19, 9-12 that needs a second person.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 15px;\">I will begin sending reminder emails generally&nbsp;on Sunday&nbsp;for&nbsp;Monday-Thursday&nbsp;shifts and&nbsp;Wednesday&nbsp;for&nbsp;Thursday-Sunday&nbsp;shifts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"font-size: 13px;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"font-size: 13px; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\">\n&nbsp;Thanks &#8211; looking forward to seeing you at the tree lot!
