On Thursday, January 30th, Scouts need to assemble at TUMC<\/a> at 5:45 pm, bus leaves at 6:00 pm sharp. We arrive Sykart by 6:40 and check-in.   No waivers to be signed ahead of time.  A responsible and present leader signs for group when we arrive.  Sykart will collect a list of names for purposes of organizing racers. Our session start time is officially 7:00 pm.  We will all start with training.  Training is optional for persons 16 and older.  Licensed drivers should bring a valid driver’s license.  On track training (driving) will consume approx. 45 minutes, then we’ll be racing for 75 minutes.  We will be done at 9:00 pm.  Return to TUMC by 9:30 pm.   All participants should wear closed toed shoes.   No uniforms.  No late arrivals permitted.   <\/p>\n

We’re expecting a full bus with a few drivers needed.  Please RSVP<\/a>, so we can amend expectations if necessary.  <\/p>\n

On the side, we will have soft drinks and order 8 XL pizzas from Pizza Dudes in Renton to be delivered to Sycart.

·       (1) All cheese (White pizza)<\/p>\n

·       (3) Meat and veggie (Pizza Dude Deluxe)<\/p>\n

·       (1) (BBQ chicken) with pineapple<\/p>\n
