We&rsquo;ll have some time on Saturday and<br>\nSunday to explore the Skagit River Interpretive Center and hike the Wildlife<br>\nTrail.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"background: white; line-height: 13.65pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">At this time of year, this part of the Skagit River is rated a<br>\nclass 1 for beginners. We&rsquo;ll do canoe and equipment training at the first two<br>\ntroop meetings in November. The scouts will camp and cook by <a href=\"https:\/\/troop100seattle.com\/?encyclopedia=patrol\" target=\"_self\" title=\"A group of five to eight boys who belong to a troop and work together in and out of troop meetings.
