A patrol is a small group of boys who are similar in age, development, and interests. Working together as a team, patrol members share the responsibility for the&hellip;\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Patrol Method<\/a>: how to cook, how to camp, how to conduct a flag ceremony and other Scout worthy endeavors. Perhaps, most importantly the Scouts begin to bond with one another. An added bonus &ndash; Scouts get to know our <a href=\"https:\/\/troop100seattle.com\/?encyclopedia=scoutmaster\" target=\"_self\" title=\"The Scoutmaster is the adult leader responsible for the image and program of the troop. The Scoutmaster and his assistant Scoutmasters work directly with the Scouts. The Scoutmaster can be male or female but must be at least 21 years&hellip;\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Scoutmaster<\/a> a little better.
